Job Description: As a means to enhance quality of care services and patient safety for our region, particularly our region residents in the community of La Loche, KYRHA is inviting qualified individuals to apply for the position of Quality of Care Coordinator.  As a member of the Quality & Safety Department, this position based at the La Loche Health Centre, is accountable to the Quality & Safety/KPO Director for the provision of Quality Care Coordinator Services as mandated by the Ministry of Health, Government of Saskatchewan
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Valid drivers license
Ability to communicate in a cross-cultural setting, where required by the job
Ability to analyze complex situations and environments and produce workable and practical solutions
Demonstrated excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills

Nursing Diploma or Degree or qualifications in a healthcare-related field.
Eligibility for registration with the SRNA or RPNAS
Alternate education and relevant experience may be considered
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of continuous quality improvement tools (LEAN)
Ability to work within time constraints and meet deadlines.
Ability to provide Adult Education.
Ability to re-prioritize work and the ability to move between priority areas with ease.
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
