Must be able to lead and inspire while being hands on and driving forward business improvements. Strong staff management skills, strong communication skills, proven track record in sales management. Previous experience in auto sales would be an asset.

Job Description:

Responsible for the day to day operations of the sales department. Department in conjunction with the sales management team increasing and growing dealership sales, heading, training, and coaching sales staff and ensuring all customer needs are met with professionalism and the highest level of quality customer service.
