Education:
    Must have a Bachelor of Engineering majoring in Mechanical or Industrial
    Registered as P.Eng with APEGS, PMP designation preferred
Experience:
    Must have 5-10 years of project management experience and/or practical engineering experience in an industrial setting
    Maintenance Superintendent experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
    Manage daily mechanical issues surrounding Shaft Sinking including- Hoist, Terex Excavators, Winches, Galloway mechanical equipment, Jumbo Drills and steel liner installation
    Provide oversight of the operation of the mechanical facilities
    Provide daily oversight to the EPCM about construction and design of the project
    Develop a Maintenance Program for the facilities work  by working closely with company personnel
    Improve safety at the facility through risk review and field inspections, Hazop, design and engage employees in the field
