JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Business Analyst serves will lead the communication bridge between non-technical business users & technical solution developers. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience with business analysis processes including knowledge of methodology, tools, & techniques.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct business requirements gathering & develop detailed specifications
Liaison between business users & technical team members
Produce quality working systems including the planning, design, & implementation of the systems      
Ensure high quality applications are released                  
Effectively estimating business analysis efforts

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
Minimum 7 years experience in a senior leadership Business Analyst role utilizing best practices, processes & methodologies
Minimum 3 years experience in facilitating testing processes and activities to support business process and custom software development quality assurance
Minimum 3 years experience in creating user assistance material
Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
