Description

The Program Leader is a part time position during the ten month school year offered by Sun Coutry Kids Club Inc.  The hours of work for this position will be morning/before school        (7:30-8:30am) and after school (3:30-5:30pm) shifts. The Program Leaders are directly responsible to their School Supervisor and the Executive Director.

The Program Leader shall represent Sun Country Kids Club Inc. by maintaining a positive and professional attitude.  As well as maintaining fun and safe environment for the children.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-    Program planning and implementation (physical activity including gym time, outdoor activities when possible)
-    Monitor the program to be sure all children are being looked after and that all staff is interacting with children;
-    Help with daily clean-up of the program;
-    Ensure you are aware of the staff schedule;
-    Carry out duties requested by Executive Director;
-    Take any concerns about the programs to School Supervisor;
-    Attend professional development offered by Sun Country Kids Club Inc.
