The Lloydminster Interval Home Society is seeking a confident, energetic, well-spoken individual for the position of Community Education and Engagement Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for promoting family violence and homelessness education and awareness within our community. We require a creative, personable individual committed to representing the Interval Home with a high level of confidence and professionalism. This enthusiastic individual will have extensive knowledge of the issue of family violence, and must be comfortable speaking in public, have strong skills with website and social media tools. Ideally the successful candidate will have a post-secondary education in Human Services and/or Public Relations and Marketing fields. Previous experience working in a women's shelter, facilitating programs, or speaking in public forums or developing/coordinating events and projects will be considered an asset. The successful candidate must possess excellent computer skills, hold a valid driver's license with a minimum of 3 years' driving and insurance history and a clean driver's abstract.
