Home Base - Weyburn General Hospital Specialty Clinics. Multi-site position between Weyburn General Hospital and Weyburn Community Health. Incumbent will be required to work in Weyburn General Hospital Admitting, Weyburn General Hospital - Health Information Management (Acute) and Weyburn Community Health - Health Information Management (Mental Health). May be required to work an occasional Saturday in the Specialty Clinics.
Geographic Location: Weyburn
Expected Start Date: September 2, 2015
Expected Up To Date: February 29, 2016

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days, Weekends
In a 3 week rotation: 9 shifts of 8.00 hours
