Description

Full Time Maternity Leave Term Position -- Office Assistant in a busy Oilfield Office - Job located in Gull Lake, SK

QUALIFICATIONS:
    Minimum 5 years in bookkeeping and full-cycle accounting, preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry
    Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks required
    Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
    Experience with ADP and Cortex
    Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail
    Ability to be organized and manage priorities
    Must have excellent English communication and phone skills

Duties include:
    Payroll, Benefit administration, maintain Sask Apprenticeship hours/schooling
    GST, PST, Payroll Remittances
    Bank and Credit Card reconciliation
    AR Collection and Reporting, AP reporting
    General Office Duties

* Maternity Leave Term position to run September 2015 to December 2016
