Working as the Manager of Land Services, you will ensure the Corporation's requirements for securing land rights are met and that negotiations and relations with property owners and tenants are conducted in a professional and effective manner with optimum cost-effectiveness and minimal disputes, expropriations or arbitrated resolutions. This job also manages the development and delivery of pipeline public awareness programs to ensure public awareness from a perspective of public safety and protection of Corporate facilities.
Qualified applicants will possess:
Degree in Business Administration/Commerce or an Agriculture or Land Agent Diploma.
Senior Right of Way designation would be considered and asset.
A minimum of seven years experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
