POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a part of Key Lakes maintenance team, you will be responsible for supervising various trades-people in multiple disciplines, ensuring safe work practices are followed, setting priorities and assigning work on a regular basis.  

As a team leader, you will take an active role in employee development, including coaching and mentoring, job task observations, and arranging training opportunities to continually improve the capabilities of the electrical team. You will also plan and supervise projects, conduct work inspections and assist in troubleshooting, complete incident reports, conduct employee performance appraisals and complete office work as required.  

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements of the position:
    Minimum grade 12 diploma or equivalent
    Valid Saskatchewan or interprovincial journeyperson ticket in the electrical trade, or electrical technology diploma
    Minimum of seven years of relevant work experience
    Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
    Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems
    Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft
Assets:
    Working knowledge of SAP
    Experience in an industrial maintenance setting

Preference will be given to Residents of Saskatchewans North.
