SUPPORT STAFF - HOMES Program
This position will be responsible for assisting in administrative support and service delivery of the HOMES program within the scope of the mission and vision of the organization. The successful candidate requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment and to be flexible in their schedule including the ability to work some evenings or weekends if required.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Provide a full range of moderate to complex clerical and secretarial assignments involving the use of judgement and discretion to include reporting functions
- Assisting the Program Facilitator in project coordination, programming, case management and evaluation
- Assisting the Program Manager with administrative duties
- Ability to learn and interpret independently and apply a variety of duties with minimal supervision
- Expected to provide examples of healthy lifestyle attitudes for clientele in a professional manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Training and/or degree in Human Services or Office Administration
- Computer competency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Email is a requirement
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal including computer typing skills
- Active problem solving and effective interpersonal skills
- Must hold a valid drivers license and have a reliable vehicle
- Criminal records check MANDATORY
