Tim Hortons in Fort Qu'Appelle is seeking a full-time hands-on Restaurant Manager with excellent customer service. The Manager is responsible and accountable for the execution and delivery of all operational performance objectives resulting in guest satisfaction.
Duties include:
- Operational Management: ordering supplies; overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness and security; establishing proper security procedures; ensuring excellent health standards are implemented; and providing leadership and direction around waste management procedures
-Financial Management: maximizing profits and achieving sales and transaction targets; controlling food and labour costs; and administering payrolls
- People Management: recruiting team members; performance management including training and developing team members, and motivating and encouraging team to achieve targets, and identifying high potential employees for progression; ensuring 'open door' policy for all team members; resolving guest complaints and queries with professionalism and concern
-Priority Management: setting team goals and objectives; complying with all applicable legislation including company policies, procedures and ethics; providing reports and other performance analysis documentation; ensuring ongoing communication with all shifts and stakeholders
Minimum qualifications:
At leastfive (5) years work experience and training in business, supervision and management. Knowledgeable of business management; ability to plan, lead and train employees; ability to interpret and communicate policies and procedures; ability to apply general rules to solve problems; skilled in managing own time and time of others; skilled at critical thinking and decision making; skilled at written and verbal communication; and skilled at directing people and delegating tasks.
Experience working in a Tim Hortons restaurant would be an asset.
