Description

Spadina Early Learning and Childcare Cooperative  is seeking a Director. We are an early learning centre with energetic staff that practices the latest learning guidelines and philosophies. The Director will ensure quality of care of the children, day-to-day management of the centre and staff, and administrative duties. The chosen candidate will have qualifications of an ECE Level 3 or Bachelor of Education degree with a minor in Early Childhood. Current First Aid/CPR, TB test and a current criminal record check with vulnerable sector is required.

Early Childhood Education Skills
- Knowledge of licensing regulations
- Assess the developmental level of children
- A sound theoretical and practical understanding of normal child development.
-Register and orient new parents
- Provide supervision and guidance of daily activities, field trips and special      activities
