Description

Prairie Meats LP is now accepting applications for an experienced Retail Meat Cutter to join our team.The Retail Meat Cutter prepares quality cuts of meat for our retail customers while ensuring the highest standards of quality and freshness.  This individual will be completing meat cutting tasks using knives, meat saws, band saws, or other equipment.  

The successful applicant must have retail meat cutting experience including customer
service and cutting meat for a fresh display.  All applicants must be motivated to work in a fast paced, high volume environment.  This position may be either part-time or full-time, based on the availability of the applicant.
