The company has a career opportunity for qualified applicants at PotashCorp located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

The IT Support Analyst will work with a team to provide technical support in a Windows based desktop environment to resolve end user incidents and requests. The incumbent must be able to identify problems, troubleshoot and provide steps to eventual resolution of the issues.

Candidates will have a degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Systems Technology, Computer Information Systems, or similar discipline (an equivalent combination of education, training and experience may also be considered).  Candidates will also have a minimum of three years experience supporting common desktop hardware and software in an enterprise environment (less experience will be considered if other qualifications are met).  Microsoft certification (MCITP: Windows Client or MCP) would be an asset.
