BRANCH MANAGER

Details of Employment

Reporting to the Vice President, the successful candidate will lead our
inside sales and production team while planning, organizing, directing,
controlling and evaluating the sales, production and operations, customer
service, shipping and receiving, human resource, labour management, and
health and safety.  

The successful candidate will also build strong, effective customer
relationships with new, existing and potential customers by providing
product solutions, initiating customer contact, responding to customer
needs and requirements.  As the successful team member, you will provide
direct customer care with our customers, accurate sales quotations, sales
order preparation, and related inside sales and customer service
administration.

Experience

The ideal candidate has three to five years of managerial, sales or
manufacturing experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong math, technical aptitude, high attention to detail, bidding and
estimating experience, and the ability to read drawings and/or perform
material take-offs are a definite asset.  Strong interpersonal,
communication, problem-solving, organizational and basic computer skills
such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.  The ability to work
independently, with little or no supervision and work effectively within a
fast-paced team environment are also required.  A combination of
qualification criteria will be considered.
