The StarPhoenix is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and energetic Administration Representative. This is a full-time permanent position based in our Reader Sales and Service department. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a strong eye for detail.
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepares mail for distribution and carriers, coordinates customer mail-outs
Efficiently responds to RSS client calls and emails
Day end processes for next days publication
Conducts detailed sales, distribution, and financial analysis and prepares reports accordingly
Supports Manager, RSS Administration & Information Services administratively
Completes general office duties, as required
Competencies:
Results focused, taking ownership of quality and execution of assigned tasks
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently
Ability to multi-task while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of experience working in an office environment
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
Must be willing to work a 10:30 a.m. 6:30 p.m. schedule (Monday Friday) with some variation
