Job Description
Hours: 8 am - 4 pm full time on a rotating schedule
Overview: We are currently hiring for a Full Time Dishwasher for Orange Memories Care Home. This position is an excellent opportunity to grow and learn.
Duties:
Provides kitchen and service staff with an ongoing supply of clean dishes, utensils and equipment
Keeps the dish-washing area organized with areas for stacking and pre-soaking
Follows safety procedures, e.g. for lifting, use of chemicals etc.
Assists in the kitchen or prep area as needed
Ensures main food is clean, free debris / spills on tables and garbage's emptied frequently
Ensure strict compliance with Orange Memories Quality Assurance and Health and Safety program
Qualifications
Must be able to clear a criminal and reference check
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Able to be a team player
Kitchen experience in a fast paced environment an asset
Able to lift up to 40 lb
