Temporary Project Controls Analyst needed in Saskatoon

We are currently hiring a Project Controls Analyst for our clients in the Saskatoon area. This is for a 1 year term.

Main Responsibilities:
Work with multiple project managers to collect project status information on an ongoing basis
Work with multiple project managers to develop the overall project work breakdown structure (WBS) and supporting cost management structure for multiple projects
Support the Project Manager / Director by providing information on cost and schedule trends and performance
Develop regular forecasts of anticipated final cost and schedule variances and ensure change management is followed.
Work in close cooperation with finance & accounting personnel to ensure the accuracy of project reporting and project financial status.
Establish the project budget based on the tender proposal cost estimates and team input
Facilitate the development and updating of the applicable engineering, procurement and installation/commissioning schedules, curves and histograms

Qualifications / Work Experience:
Bachelors degree in a technical or management discipline with a minimum of 5 years
work experience in a project environment, with at least 3 years in the role of planning and cost management for Project Control
Proficient in MS Project, and MS office programs
