McDougall Auctioneers is looking for a responsible, motivated person to add to our Sales team. An ideal candidate will be able to function efficiently in a fast paced office environment, have excellent customer service, and be detail oriented.
The responsibilities of the Junior Sales Administrator will include:
Greeting customers and answering sales inquiries. The chosen candidate will be the initial contact for all sales calls and will be responsible for connecting the correct Sales person to certain sales. They will also handle all walk in sales and filling out sales contracts for customers.
Our Junior Sales Administrator will also be required to help with answering phone calls and provide extra coverage /assistance for reception.
Administrative tasks will include but are not limited to: entering contract information into our system, attaching pictures/documents to contracts, entering condition reports for vehicles, doing lien searches for vehicles, etc.
This position may also require some heavy lifting and outdoor work.
Must be computer literate and able to navigate and learn new software.
All candidates must have a valid Drivers License and their own transportation
