This position will report directly to the supervisor, acting as the showing person for rental properties. This person will also be performing move-in and out walk throughs.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls from prospective tenants
- Schedule and attend tenant suite showings
- Arrange, coordinate and track move ins/move outs
- Printing and delivering notices to rental premises
- Availability on evenings and weekends
- Being very available and available on short notice
- Maintain a detailed calendar of activities
Qualifications:
- Familiarization with Google calendar and Evernote
- Experience in/Knowledge of property management is REQUIRED
- Above average problem solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Must possess a valid drivers license and have a reliable vehicle
- Must provide clean criminal background check
- Reliable and dependable
- Committed to providing excellent customer service
