National Trailer Parts Warehouse is a warehouse distributor serving clients throughout Western Canada.
We operate in a team environment, with safety, efficiency and customer service as our primary goals
We currently have a position in Data Entry and Reception.
Reporting to the Manager of Financial Operation's Office, The Successful Candidate will have:
-Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
-Experience with, or the ability to learn Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable procedures.
-Experience with, or the ability to learn telephone switchboard and transferring incoming calls.
-The ability to prioritize and multi-task.
-The ability to assist customers and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner, both on the phone and in person.
-Experience with, or the ability to learn how to order and process office and operation supplies.
Experience with Sage50 or similar accounting software would be considered an asset.
