Adecco is currently recruiting for an Order Desk Representative at our clients brand new facility in Saskatoon. We are looking for an experienced individual with excellent communication and computer skills to join our clients successful team. A North American leader in the building product industry; our client is in search of an energetic and customer focused person with strong attention to detail. Responsibilities for the Order Desk Representative:
- Answering phones
- Order entry and processing (phone and in-person)
- Provide excellent customer service
- General administrative functions
- Problem resolution (order, shipping, etc)
Qualifications for the Order Desk Representative:
- Grade 12 or equivalent education
- 1 to 2 years retail/wholesale distribution centre experience
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills (Windows, Order entry)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
