The Service Counter Rep is responsible for providing customers with product and service information, and resolving service problems by obtaining and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner.
- Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customers complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.

- Own transportation
