Warehouse Lead Hand

Morris Industries is a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of air seeding, tillage and hay hauling equipment.  

We are currently seeking a permanent full-time Warehouse Lead Hand in our Parts Department.

Under the supervision of the Parts Manager and Logistics Coordinator, the Lead Hand will be required to supervise, guide and direct parts shippers and parts receivers including apprentices and temporary help as they perform their respective parts department functions. This would be in addition to handling the day-to-day activities of the Parts Department in the shipping and receiving area.

Minimum of Grade XII education, coupled with general computer experience. Must be self-motivated and possess excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills.

Must be able to perform shift work (15-20% of time).
