Lending expertise required
Analyze loan applications and make recommendations based on best practices and FCC credit risk policies.

What youll do:
    authorize loans beyond pre-determined limits of Operations lending staff
    provide consistent and accurate loan application analysis
    assess compliance with corporate and credit risk policy
    analyze administration requests such as loan amendments, security amendments and policy exceptions
    coach lending staff on the credit culture at FCC

What were looking for:
    a strong communicator with a proven ability to collaborate across divisions
    a multi-tasker who can thrive in a busy environment
    a key resource with knowledge of Canadian agriculture industry trends and risk mitigation techniques

What youll need:
    a degree in business, economics or agriculture and at least five years of related experience (or equivalent)
    experience analyzing complex agricultural loan applications
