K+S Potash Canada is part of the K+S Group, one of the worlds leading suppliers of standard and specialty fertilizers and the worlds leading salt producer. K+S is in the initial stages of developing a new potash mine near the community of Bethune, approximately sixty kilometers from the cities of Regina and Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, and is building its workforce to support its development and ongoing operations expected in 2016.

Based at our Legacy Site, the Start  up Team (Temporary Operators, Production Supervisors & Subject Matter Experts) will be responsible for but not limited to:

  Providing direct supervision, technical assistance, operating priorities, troubleshooting, guidance to Area Operators referencing standard Work Instructions (Procedures) from Commissioning through Start to ensure safe and efficient activities.
  Providing commissioning and start-up expertise for specialized equipment within the Legacy project.
