Telecommunications Labourer
New Leaf Construction is a telecommunications construction company based in Saskatoon. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team for the remainder of the construction season. We are a friendly and positive group and this is an inclusive work environment. We have a number of job openings for labourers to assist in the building of underground fibre optic networks.
This is physically demanding work. Normal tasks include digging, wheel barrowing, pulling cable, and other physical tasks. As such, applicants must be in good physical condition, able to work hard for ten hours a day, five days a week. Strong mechanical aptitude, good safety awareness, and experience in construction are valuable assets. A positive attitude, teamwork, and public relations are also beneficial. Must have steel toe boots, a valid drivers license, and no criminal record. Starting wage is from $18-20/hr depending on experience.
