What is a General Manager?

A General Manager is responsible for the daily operation of our fitness facilities, ranging from payroll, to hiring, to overall customer satisfaction, with a focus on sales management.

Job Summary:
Lead a team of highly motivated staff
Drive sales at the club level
Manage the budget of a club that can exceed $1 million
Develop, train, and coach Assistant General Managers, Membership Sales Consultants and all support staff
Enforce best practices to ensure that our members stay happy and thrilled with our services

Our Ideal Candidate:
Passion for Fitness
Strong sales and customer service skills
Seasoned coaching skills
Strong communications skills
Previous experience with hiring and training
A post secondary degree is recommended but a drive to succeed is essential
CPR certification required within 3 months of employment
