We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Human Resources team.  As an employment specialist, you will facilitate the development and implementation of innovative and responsive recruitment and workforce planning solutions to meet ongoing and critical staffing needs.  An integral member of a multi disciplinary HR team, you will also contribute to the overall planning and strategic direction of integrated HR service solutions for a defined client portfolio.  Partnering with clients and colleagues, you will plan, facilitate, and achieve success through varying, challenging and rewarding experiences.

Qualifications:
You are an ideal candidate if you possess a university degree in human resources management and three to five years related experience.
You possess strong analytical abilities; proven candidate assessment skills and able to effectively respond to changing priorities.  You are a people person, an effective communicator, creative, intuitive and a self starter.
