Ability to work well independently and be organized. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and be trustworthy, must be physically capable of doing all cleaning and custodial duties in a women's shelter.
Duties: Cleaning of common areas and all custodial duties for a women's second stage shelter. Maintain an inventory of furniture and household items in each apartment. Work with Regina Housing and/or contractors to arrange for painting, carpet replacement, etc. when needed. Maintain confidentiality, report to the Executive Director as needed regarging structural or maintenance problems. Perform yard maintenance in the summer and winter.
NOTE: Only Female applicants may apply as there is a Human Rights Exemption (shelter for abused women and children).
