To use specialized knowledge of the research community and the research funding enterprise to assist with the development of funding proposals for strategic initiatives and research projects within SENS. These projects are important to the University of Saskatchewan to increase the success of securing funding for all aspects of scholarship, and to facilitate SENS high rate of participation in Tri-Agency (SSHRC, NSERC, and CIHR) funding programs.
Accountable to SENS, this position supports faculty members in their research endeavours by identifying opportunities; by communicating complex, specialized information on major research funding programs and research policies; and, by supporting faculty in the preparation of applications as well as advising on budgetary and project management activities.
