EnviroWay is a subsidiary of EnviroWay Detergent Manufacturing Inc. which specializes in manufacturing, distribution, sales, service and education. We are based out of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.
Roles and Responsibilities
Consistently meets and exceeds quota on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
Develops and drives the strategic direction of the assigned territory to drive growth and meet sales expectations.
Develops and executes Route planning/ Territory planning of Sales representative for accurate and on-going sales plan to achieve sales objectives.
Trains sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenues.
Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth for all companys products.
Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staffs productivity.
Reviews expenses and recommends economies.
Holds regular meeting with sales staff.
Requirement:
Experience in B2B sales of preferably cleaning products.
MBA with a focus on sales and marketing is required.
Related experience in sales in Biotechnology industry/ environmentally friendly products preferred.
At least 5 years of experience as Territory Manager/ Sales manager, managing a team of sales reps in B2B business.
Outstanding record of achieving sales quotas.
Experienced in successfully handling key accounts.
Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
Experience in developing sales strategies.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
