North Shore Outfitters, one of Saskatchewan's leading brand name clothing store, is currently looking to fill a full-time assistant management position.  

The assistant manager is responsible for achieving targeted store and personal sales, as well as overseeing and motivating the rest of the sales team.This individual must be excited to work with the customers to determine their needs in a professional manner and to create a positive shopping experience.  We offer personal sales bonuses and a generous store discount.

Qualifications:
- Must have 1 year retail clothing experience
- Retail management experience an asset but not necessary
- Great leadership skills
- Able to manage both the employees and store responsibilities
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Organized and works at a fast pace
- Excited to work in the fashion industry
