We are currently seeking a Mine Expansion Manager at our Esterhazy, SK K3 location. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and effective guidance and execution of the K3 mine expansion project including all underground and shaft/hoist areas. The Mine Expansion Manager works closely with the K3 Capital Director, site mine personnel, Mosaic technical and operations interdepartmental staff as well as engineering consultants, contractors, suppliers and vendors to ensure that mine expansion goals and objectives are achieved.

What is required for this role?
* Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Majoring in Mining, Mechanical or related discipline.
* P. Eng status in the province of Saskatchewan.
* 15+ years of experience preferably in the Potash processing industry.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Maximo, Kronos, Internet and Computer Assisted Drafting & Design.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this position to ensure all objectives are achieved.
* Incumbent must be motivated and organized.
* This position requires a thorough level of knowledge of the Saskatchewan OH&S Act and Regulations as well as other Provincial and Federal Safety & Environmental regulations in effect.
