Rock Creek is the citys newest upscale casual dining experience and is the 7th location in SK and AB

Sous Chef / Assistant to the Chef:
-  Sous Chef will have a full scope of responsibilities while reporting to the chef
-  Willingness to train and advance in overall responsibility for all kitchen functions
-  Ability to lead back of house staff
-  Supervising kitchen staff
-  Ensure that standard recipes and portion control is maintained
-  Inventory control
-  Ensuring back of house cleanliness and an orderly kitchen
-  Following all industry health and food safety standards
-  Responsible for ensuring equipment is maintained

Line Cooks/Prep Cooks:
-  Experience preferred but will train suitable candidates

    You must have a passion for creative upscale casual cuisine
     Recognize that complete guest satisfaction results from great food in a fun atmosphere
    Will be an enthusiastic team member
    Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
    Experience preferred but consideration will be given to enthusiastic, guest oriented individuals
    Willingness to learn all aspects of guest service and our menu
    Works cooperatively with the Rock Creek team to ensure excellence in guest delivery
