Description

We are seeking a seasoned Electronic Systems Specialist who has experience in Heavy Duty and/or Agricultural Equipment and understands the need to build relationships through exceptional customer service.

**Must have GPS Knowledge**

It is important that you have a passion for hands-on demonstrations and the uncompromising ability to problem solve to deliver on our customers needs.

Electronic Systems Specialist

Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist in the sales, installation, calibration, troubleshooting and maintenance of all Precision Farming products sold by the dealership
    Technical Support
o    Install and calibrate Precision Farming equipment
o    Support, by phone and call out, all Precision Farming equipment sold by the dealership.
    Customer/Staff Support
o    Organize and conduct customer clinics/training sessions for all Precision Farming equipment lines.
o    Provide in house training for all staff selling or servicing Precision Farming equipment.
    Ongoing Learning/Misc
o    Create and maintain interactive, dynamic product displays at all stores.
Product Specialist
    Provide new equipment orientations as well as ongoing technical support to new and existing equipment owners.
    Develop and carry out an equipment demonstration program for all equipment sold.  
    Become comfortable setting and operating all machinery in the field.
    Organize and conduct customer clinics/training session events for equipment sold by dealership.
    Help organize and operate product related trade shows and events off-site.
    Provide product support to all employees in the dealership.
    Attend off site training to keep current with ever changing equipment product lines.
