Job Description:
The Well Testing Supervisor is responsible for the overall job scope of the job as well as marinating a good working relationship with the client while operating a safe and efficient work site. Selected individuals will have knowledge of regulatory guidelines, assist crew members where necessary, report to the Operations Manager on a daily basis. Promote safe operations while on site or in base locations. Applicants should be familiar with all types of equipment and processes associated with Well Test Applications. Organize personnel and equipment to complete job assignments. Proficient with all job related paperwork.
Qualifications
-    High School Graduate
-    Familiarity with the oil and gas industry and related production and or well testing equipment & operations
-    Ability to communicate with people at all levels
-    Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
-    Ability to work unsupervised
-    Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
-    Minimum 2 years experience working in a well testing and or production operations environment would be a definite asset.
-    Strong reporting and computer skills
-    Working knowledge of heavy equipment operations
-    Ability to communicated effectively verbally and in writing with internal and external customers
-    Able to analyze and resolve problems
-    Mechanically inclined
-    Organized, detail oriented, self starter
-    Handle multiple projects and be able to set priorities and achieve project deadlines
-    Must be willing to and able to work a flexible schedule
-    Class 5 driver's license and a Driver's Abstract
-    Valid H2S Ticket and First Aid certification
-    Willing to be "ON-CALL"
-    Physically fit
-    Previous experience in well testing environment is essential
