In the 90s this farming area in West Central Saskatchewan was starting to embrace greater production agriculture than was seen in past. G-Mac seized the opportunity to enhance growers agronomic knowledge while adding value to overall production. G-Macs has established the respect and trust of growers. Today, G-Macs is one of the largest Independent retailers in North America and is respected for agronomic advice. G-Macs employs over 90 employees.
THE OPPORTUNITY  Location Manager
Located at 1 of the 8 sites, the Facilities Manager operates the overall success of their location. This includes the customer service experience from our growers, ensuring adequate inventories, and leading others. You have the ability to unify people, product and assets to deliver timely product to our customers. This role reports to the Area Manager, you see the value in partnering with peers or Facility Managers at other locations to meet the changing requirements of growers. THE PERSON
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
Minimum 5-7 years in Agriculture, Agronomy background is preferred
Degree in business or Agriculture
