Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: CBI Physical Rehabilitation Centre
Description: We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual with strong transcription and reception skills. The Administrative Assistant works in conjunction with the administrative team to ensure accurate and timely reporting, and excellent customer service. Some of the day to day duties consist of the following:
Typing reports in an accurate and timely fashion, and coordinating document flow to ensure report deadlines are met;
Answering the telephone and greeting patients;
Scheduling appointments and creating and maintaining patient charts;
Entering patient data, charges, collecting payments and issuing receipts;
Communicating with insurers for booking and billing purposes.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
Successful completion of a medical terminology course
Proven ability to multitask in a busy office setting
Sharp eye for detail, grammar, proofreading and formatting
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Effective time management and organizational skills, ensuring deadlines are achieved
