Community Living is a non-profit organization that operates a pick-up and delivery
business...collecting donated clothing and
household miscellaneous items with the proceeds
going toward programs that support people with
intellectual disabilities in Saskatchewan.
You will work with the Operations Manager to develop a contact list of schools, sports teams, and community groups etc. within the province. You will make contact with their key people and coordinate the collection of donated clothing and household items.
The position requires great customer service, organizational skills diligence to complete tasks, accuracy, very good computer skills, data entry, and telephone duties. Experience in sales, territory sales, marketing and fundraising, and a knowledge of the province would be an asset.
A positive attitude is required for this position. We foster a relaxed and fun atmosphere where performance is generated through mentoring praise where earned.
This is a term, part time contract position, the length of which may be extended or renegotiated based on the success in the position of the chosen candidate. If successful, the position may become seasonal as well. Some travel may be required from time to time.
