Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Communications, this position is responsible for the following:

- Works proactively and collaboratively with business partners and subject matter experts to provide communication advice, and develop and implement integrated communication strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Plans, develops and implements communication strategies to support new or enhanced service offerings, processes and policies.
- Leads business partners in planning internal and external events to ensure consistent presentation of services and corporate identity.
- Monitors ISCs business environment and emerging market opportunities to build compelling content and enhance digital functionality and features that will meet business objectives and contribute to strategic planning.
- Leads the strategy to optimize ISCs digital properties to deliver an excellent customer experience, while maintaining consistency with the corporate brand and achieving business objectives.
- Oversees use of web analytics to track and measure digital content performance and confirms analysis of analytics in order to provide data-driven recommendations to optimize content marketing efforts.
- Proactively builds an understanding of ISC services, the companys business environment and the corporate strategic direction.
