The Muskeg Lake Cree Nation is a dynamic, progressive First Nation located about 100 kms north of Saskatoon. Our on-reserve membership is approximately 450 community members.
Purpose of the Position: Administration of Infrastructural services including; financial oversight of the O&M and Housing budget, submission in a timely manner of reports to various partners, developing and creating partnerships with organizations in the field.
Position Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the O&M and Housing Manager shall manage the construction of all infrastructure related to existing and new development of Muskeg Lake Cree Nation on reserve buildings & property.
Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Education with 5+ year experience in managing
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical persons;
- Possess and maintain a Valid Saskatchewan Driver's License, access to a vehicle.
- All Muskeg Lake Cree Nation positions require a CPIC completed & submitted with application
Working Conditions:
High Stress, under pressure position with a high volume of calls and demands from band members. Long hours with travel involved. Site visit in construction areas & home visits for inspection is expected.
