JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Jt's Pub VIP Lounge at the Ramada Hotel Prince Albert is currently looking for Host/Hostess to help us provide the best possible practice for our guests.
As the Host/Hostess for our VIP Lounge you will be greeting, seating, entertaining guests. You will also be ringing up orders, refilling beverages, setting tables, and cleaning to ensure our guests have a memorable practice.
Your previous practice in a similar function and passion for 100% guest satisfaction will come in handy.
We have a great team and a fun working atmosphere. You will love it here!
Shifts are 4pm-2am Wednesday-Saturday. This is a great position for students or individuals looking to gain extra salary.
Maitre d'hotel Specific Skills
- Advise on wine selection and serve wine
Work Setting
- Lounge
Host/Hostess Specific Skills
- Set tables and assist with removal of tableware
- Resolve customers' complaints
- Greet and seat customers
- Attend to customers with special needs
- Attend to seating arrangements for large groups
- Assist food and beverage servers when required
- Answer customers' questions regarding menu items and preparation methods
