Job Description: The Public Health Nurse delivers a full range of community-based Public Health Services including pre and post-natal care, immunization, health counseling. You will also prepare and present information on various health issues/topics to individuals, families and groups. Home Care Nursing is provided primarily in the client's home. Duties may include but are not limited to health assessments, wound care, medication teaching and administration, diabetic care and instructions on care to individuals
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA) as an RN (NP) or RN (GNP)
