The Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA), is a Treasury Board Crown Corporation responsible for the distribution and regulation of beverage alcohol and gaming products within the province of Saskatchewan.
Reporting to the Vice President, Performance Management Division, the Director Business Improvement is responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of two main functions -- Enterprise Portfolio Management and Continuous Improvement which are comprised of the following components: program review, LEAN, innovation, portfolio governance and project management, business analysis and corporate process management, and change management. As part of the senior management team, this position helps ensure the integration of key strategic initiatives, namely Continuous Improvement, Culture, Strategic Planning, Customer Service, and Organizational Change Management.
