Brewsters Brewing Company & Restaurant is hiring for Front of House Duty Managers, Brewsters Landmark (South Albert St.) location.

Managerial experience; food/beverage; hospitality industry experience required. If you have min. experience & you're motivated, we'll train you!

Full time hours available, 40-45 hrs./wk. based on your availability.

Description: To ensure the front of house operation & beer store (where applicable) operate smoothly & that maximum productivity, efficiency, effectiveness are achieved. You will work under the direction of the Regional Managers; the GM of the location & Ownership to ensure the philosophy of Brewsters Brewing Company & Restaurant is maintained & that company policies, procedures & standards are met.  You are a team leader.  You must set an example to other staff through a positive attitude, strong work ethic, friendliness to customers & staff alike.

Duties: Assist in all facets of the operation.  HR staffing/ scheduling requirements. Training & supervising bartenders, servers & beer store employees (where applicable.) Policy & procedure implantation & enforcement. Ordering. Marketing. Administration. Procedure controls. Product Management. Facility & grounds control.
Must be "out front" on the floor or, working behind the bar approximately 90% of the time ensuring guests are informed of promotions, features & specials. Maintain open communication with kitchen staff, servers & bartenders. Assist with the expediting of food & beverages. Assist with service & clean-up of tables & be able to recognize when help is needed by staff. Deal with customer & staff questions/concerns in a prompt & appropriate fashion. Menus & Special Feature Promotions - assist in development, implementation & promotion. Have fun & enjoy your job!
