Responsible for all aspects of restaurant
operations, ensuring that all food standards are
met or exceeded, all policies and procedures are
properly trained, enforced and promoted, all
cleanliness and sanitation guidelines and standards
are met or exceeded and that all administrative and
managerial functions are executed according to
company guidelines.
This is a salaried position, candidates must have a strong backgound in commercial kitchens with focus on training and development. Experience is a must for this position. Only candidates who meet this criteria will be contacted for an interview.
