Description

This position is a full-time, permanent position located at the Legacy Site, near the community of Bethune, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities
   Coordinate and overseeing contract maintenance requirements for multiple areas
   Ensure that all work completed under his scope meets site engineering and quality standards
   Ensure all activities adhere to KSPC contractor mobilization & management standards.
   Ensure that work completed is at all times in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Regulations, Environmental Rules and Regulations and Internal Policies
   Set a high personal safety standard for him/herself, his/her reports and fellow colleagues.
   Ensure that all contractors have proper training/certification for the tasks to be completed and that all Hazard Assessments, Permits, Lock outs and isolation of equipment etc. are properly prepared and documented prior to work beginning
   Ensure that the best practices are used through all levels of team activities and that the strictest adherence to safe work practices is followed

Requirements
   Journeyperson Trade or Engineering Technologist with 5+ years of combined experience
   5+ years experience in a heavy industrial process setting (potash preferred)
   2+ years technical supervisory experience and experience in conflict management
   Strong written and verbal communication skills
   Start-up & Commissioning experience considered an asset
   Competent in MS Word, Excel, Project
   Working knowledge in SAP, and planning software considered an asset
   Start-up/Commissioning experience an asset
   Financial planning and forecasting experience
considered an asset
