The Bookkeeper will be responsible for bookkeeping and accounting data reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation, monthly finance reports and providing information to the Accounting firm doing our yearly Audit. Ensure that tax, invoicing, filing, parole and payables are done in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Qualifications:
3-5 years experience bookkeeping for small business
Experience working with non-profits and Boards
CGA, CA, CMA designation would be assets
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Oversight over entering day to day transactions into SAGE.
Measure and maintain key performance indicators, event P&L's etc.
Preparing monthly financial's for the GM and Board.
Oversight over CAFT payments and payroll remittances.
Oversight over all financial transactions.
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
